Act 1:

Research is the most important part of the documentary and to make a documentary you have full knowledge of the subject. To get a proper direction for making our documentary we started from Wikipedia to get to know about the origin of cricket and how it began so popular. Every story has a beginning so we decided to start our story from the beginning of cricket. So that if anyone who doesn’t have knowledge about cricket they won’t be confused or uninterested when they watch this documentary. After consulting Wikipedia we watched a documentary “History of Cricket: From an Aristocrat's Game to an Everyman's Sport”. When we watch this documentary we got to know about all the things we needed to know to give a short summary of history. The documentary gives you information about the how cricket became an official sport. The documentary starts from the history of cricket and end it with cricket these days. We weren’t expecting this but we also got a good example of how we need to shoot our film and what angles of the camera will look good when we capture the youth playing cricket.
